If you have already installed the kodak software and you are still having the problem 'drivers did not install successfully' then just click the start menu, then right-click 'computer' then click 'manage', a menu will pop up and on the left there will be a list of options, click 'device manager' the main list will populate with all of the devices installed on your computer. Look for the 'other devices' tab, expand it. Then you should see your printer listed there. Double click your printer.
