You will be able to authorize users, distribute the software, monitor your usage and purchase additional seats. You can choose to distribute Prism for your users to install on their own, or for larger groups, allow your IT staff to deploy Prism using conventional IT tools. We understand that you'll replace computers from time to time and that lab members come and go, so we make it easy to transfer Prism to a new computer or new group member. If someone leaves your group (or installs Prism without your permission), or if you need to replace a computer, you can sign in to your account to deactivate that Prism seat and reissue to a new user or computer.
